ELIGIBILITY

You are an Australian citizen or permanent resident aged 18 years or over

You have not already received the insulation rebate or the solar hot water rebate since it was increased to $1600 on 3 February 2009.

You are the owner and occupier of the residence.

Your home does not have any ceiling insulation or it has ceiling insulation that is deemed as having negligible effectiveness (an R-value of 0.5 or less).
